About the event
Buche de Noel (Yule Log) is a traditional Christmas cake served in France. Each student will take a home what you make in class-enough for six servings. In this workshop students will make:
Chocolate Sponge
Italian Meringue Buttercream
Sugared Cranberries and Rosemary
Meringue mushrooms will be premade for decoration
Light snack will be served
