I Forgot To Make A Pie 101

In this class we will learn how to make a homemade all butter pie dough from scratch. While the dough is resting students will learn how to roll out pie dough, line pans and make a top crust. Then choose from three classic fillings to make a pie to take home after class.

Fillings include:

Pumpkin

Apple

Pecan

You can bring your own 9 inch pie pan or one will be provided for you. You will leave with a fully baked pie and a your pie dough made in class.
