About the event
Sahrepn you rknife skills before the holidays in this 101 class. Learn how to sharpen, store and hold a knife. Students will cut a variation of vegetables and proteins to maje a meal to share after class.
Students are encouraged to bring in their own knives. Knives will be provided in class if needed.
